Mitch Allen developed a deep passion for the art of photography early in his life, and has been practicing various forms of photography for over two decades. His focus began in both landscape and snowboarding photography while living in Salt Lake City and attending The University Of Utah. He often explored the vast, open areas that Utah has to offer, and would use photography to document his excursions. Through photography, Mitch captures the beauty, purity and solitude found within any landscape.
While working as a landscape photographer, Mitch found himself frequently drawn to the unique and masterfully crafted architecture in Utah. He came to realize that his passion for landscape photography was matched by his desire to pursue a career in architectural photography, and at that point Mitch immersed himself in the study of architectural photography. Quickly gathering a client base in both the residential and commercial realms, Mitch continued to hone his craft by utilizing a variety of lighting techniques to highlight texture, shape and color that would otherwise get lost. His desire for perfection of craft and ability to emphasize key elements within his projects has garnered both he and his clients industry notoriety.
Relocating Mitch Allen Photography to his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland in 2011, Mitch continues to focus on Architectural Photography, only producing the highest quality images. Mitch Allen's work has been published in numerous regional and national publications, including Dwell, Baltimore Style, Home & Design and Annapolis Homes.
